Phillip Puett is a Word of Life missionary serving in Texas with over 30 years of ministry experience working with both students and children. Alongside his wife, Casey, Phillip partners with churches to encourage and equip youth pastors and children’s directors as they disciple the next generation and strengthen their ministries.
Phillip has a deep passion for helping kids and students build a faith that lasts beyond their early years. His ministry focuses on intentional discipleship, biblical teaching, leadership development, and supporting leaders with practical, gospel-centered strategies that can be implemented in both children’s and youth ministries. Drawing from decades of hands-on experience, Phillip brings encouragement, clarity, and a strong commitment to God’s Word as he helps churches develop ministries that point the next generation to Christ.
Beyond Programs: A Clear Pathway for Children & Youth Discipleship
This breakout will introduce a Biblical Discipleship Pathway and how it can be used to intentionally disciple children and students together. Leaders will learn how to build a unified, gospel-centered approach rooted in God’s Word, daily quiet time habits, Scripture memory, and relational discipleship—helping kids and students develop a faith that lasts beyond their early years.
