Penny was raised in East Texas. She is actively serving as Ladies Ministry Leader and is married to Pastor Franklin Hummel of Sand Branch Baptist Church in Poteet. Penny comes to us with over 15 years of ministry experience and many more years of working in corporate America. Penny and Frank have two grown children and 3 grandchildren. Penny comes to us loving Jesus and eager to serve our Association for the enrichment of Christ's Kingdom. Please stop by the office and welcome Penny to our FRBA team.
